  • Overriding routing number and making me pay employee twice for their errors

    I am absolutely frustrated with this company! For the 2nd payroll in a row they did an override on my employees direct deposit routing number and deposited their money into an invalid account. I was required to pay the employee out of my bank account again and await the redeposit the funds back into my account 6 days later (so they paid her twice out of my bank account).
